About Our Community

The Barringtons

Located in Liberty Township, Delaware County, Ohio, near the city of Powell; a suburb of Columbus, Ohio.

A quiet, upscale condominium community of 40 independent homes with a beautiful common architectural theme of stone & stucco materials.

Construction of the villa style homes began in 1997 on land across Fairway Drive from the Wedgewood Country Club. 

The variety of home designs range in size from 2000-2900 sq ft.; each having a basement, double car garage, and relaxing back porch.

Maintenance of each individual house is the responsibility of the homeowner. High quality landscape care and snow removal are provided to all homes by the association. Association fees, paid by homeowners, pay for these community services.

The community's fenced and gated perimeter with lighted streets offers a sense of security, while the open grassy areas are a delight to those inside. The gazebo is often filled with neighbors during community planned social activities.

Most pets are welcome.

Within one mile: major grocery stores, many restaurants and banks, and nearly  any service imaginable, along with public golf courses, a country club and the Columbus Zoo. Convenient to urgent health care & a local fire station nearby.
